How do I use BetMGM bonus bets?
New users can use BetMGM bonus code HANDLETOP and earn up to $1,000 back in bonus bets if their first bet doesn’t win. If you hit your first bet, you don’t earn bonus bets but keep the cash and stake.
If your first bet is $50 or less and it loses, you’ll get the amount you wagered back in bonus bets. But if your first bet is $51-$1,000, you will get five separate bonus bets back—each equal to 20% of what your first bet amount was.
So If I bet $1,000 as my first bet on the house at BetMGM and it doesn’t hit, I will get five $200 bonus bets. If I bet $25 and lose, I will get exactly $25 back in bonus bets.
Any BetMGM bonus bets you earn must be used within seven days to avoid expiration. While they cannot be withdrawn, they can be used as funds within the book by selecting the button on your betslip.
Note that bonus bets work slightly differently from using cash on a wager. You can only wager bonus bets one time through meaning you lose the stake whether the bet hits or misses.
