betPARX built up plenty of momentum in the Keystone state after dominating the casino realm at Parx Casino in Bensalem. Since they’ve expanded into the mobile universe, betPARX has done a solid job as a smaller online sportsbook brand.

Accessibility to the betPARX mobile app is not an issue, as you can find the betPARX app on iOS or Android.

The black, orange and purple interface certainly stands out. Additionally, the speed of the app is a little bit rough. In particular, attempting to build up a betslip or parlay was a little challenging. Although the markets and bet types are plentiful, it is hard to navigate their sportsbook app. The interface feels much more packed together than other mobile sportsbook apps.

The Apple app store ratings reflect this with a lackluster 2.0 rating out of 5 stars. This seems a little harsh, but it’s a sign that betPARX needs to improve. Some of the most common complaints are a buggy interface that constantly has location issues pop up. Furthermore, many users complained about slow withdrawal times. This is usually the case with smaller sportsbooks, but it is still frustrating. 

betPARX Sportsbook Desktop Review

The betPARX sportsbook website has some of the same issues we found on mobile. The interface is not as user-friendly as some of its competitors. For example, you cannot customize your sportsbook based on your favorite team, or for a smaller book like betPARX, they do not hyper-focus on local teams when they probably should.

The website is responsive and much easier to navigate than the mobile version. Since it is not as cramped up as the mobile app, the overall appearance is much cleaner. If you have a computer, we enjoyed the desktop experience a little better.
