Baker Mayfield’s heroics on Thursday Night Football might be a tough act to follow, but Sunday’s Week 14 slate in the NFL certainly looks up to the task. There will be 11 games featuring 22 different teams in play on Sunday, beginning at 1:00pm ET with a mini-slate of seven games and wrapping up at SoFi Stadium for a primetime clash between the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers.

Before the action ensues, new players at FanDuel Sportsbook can take advantage of a No Sweat First Bet worth up to $1,000. In order to claim yours, sign up for a new account using this link and FanDuel will have your back in case that first wager comes up short.

FanDuel Sportsbook $1,000 No Sweat First Bet

FanDuel Sportsbook is undoubtably one of the best sports betting sites in the United States right now. If you have yet to create an account with FanDuel, then this offer is for you.

Aside from being a new customer, the only requirements to claim a $1,000 No Sweat First Bet are that you must be 21+ years old and presently located in a FanDuel Sportsbook state at the time of wagering. If that sounds about right, here’s how to claim:

  1. Sign up for FanDuel Sportsbook using this link. By clicking on that link, the offer will automatically be applied to your account once complete.
  2. Access FanDuel’s cashier within the app or website and make a deposit of $10 or more.
  3. Wager anywhere from $10 to $1,000 on any NFL market on Sunday, December 11. Any amount wagered up to $1,000 on your first cash bet will be insured by FanDuel.

What if my No Sweat First Bet Loses?

This is gambling after all, meaning losses are bound to happen one way or another. If your first bet with FanDuel ends up getting stuffed at the goal line, the site will have you covered with a 100% refund in the form of free bet credits.

FanDuel free bets will typically arrive within 72 hours of bet settlement and will show up as one large sum equal to the amount you lost, up to $1,000. Rather than having to spend the entire sum on one bet like most other sites would require, FanDuel allows its users to break up the free bet sum as they please. Fire it all on one wager or sprinkle it around on multiple smaller ones – the choice is yours!

Keep in mind that all free bets come with an expiration date of two weeks, so make use of them with 14 days or they will be voided. If any of your free bets result in a winner, only expect to take home the winnings. Regardless of the bet’s result, the free bet value is not included in the return.

NFL Week 14 games to watch

This week’s NFL card is not shy of action, with eight of the 11 games on the schedule taking place between teams hailing from the same division. From Giants-Eagles to Ravens-Steelers, there is no telling what might happen on the gridiron during Week 14. Let’s get into three of our must-see contests for this Sunday:

Philadelphia Eagles (-7) at New York Giants (44.5)

The early window on Sunday afternoon will feature a heated NFC East rivalry game between the Philadelphia Eagles (11-1, 7-5 ATS) and New York Giants (7-4-1, 9-3 ATS). The first-place Eagles will look to distance themselves from the 9-3 Dallas Cowboys along with the rest of the division, including the Giants – who will play Philadelphia twice over the final five games of the regular season. The Eagles will look for their fourth consecutive win on Sunday while Big Blue attempts to get back in the win column for the first time since November 13 after two straight losses followed by a tie against the Washington Commanders at home in Week 13. Superstar RB Saquon Barkley is currently tabbed as questionable for New York with a sore neck, which is certainly something to monitor ahead of Sunday’s showdown against the Eagles.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5) at San Francisco 49ers (37.5)

This battle between first-place teams probably isn’t going to play out exactly how many might’ve anticipated, however it is still setting up to be a very entertaining game out of the late afternoon window. It’ll be none other than Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-6, 3-8-1 ATS) going up against rookie QB Brock Purdy and the red-hot San Francisco 49ers (8-4, 7-5 ATS). San Francisco will enter Sunday’s game against Tampa Bay on a five-game winning streak, having lost just once since acquiring RB Christian McCaffery from the Carolina Panthers. Although starting QB Jimmy Garappolo went down with a broken foot during last week’s 33-17 win over Miami and is expected to miss significant time, San Francisco appears poised to not miss a beat led by its elite defense and strong running game. But before everyone runs to throw their hard-earned money on a Brock Purdy-led unit against the GOAT, keep this tidbit in mind: Tom Brady has opened as an underdog against a rookie quarterback for just the second time throughout his 23-year career.

Miami Dolphins (-3.5) at Los Angeles Chargers (53.5)

Rounding out the Sunday slate for Week 14 is one of the more exciting primetime matchups to date, a meeting between two AFC playoff hopefuls in the Miami Dolphins (8-4, 6-6 ATS) and the Los Angeles Chargers (6-6, 7-5 ATS). Los Angeles will enter Sunday Night Football coming off a crushing 27-20 loss in Las Vegas and losers in three of their last four overall, while Miami will also be fixing to get back on track after the 49ers put a halt to their five-game winning streak last weekend in Santa Clara. With two creative young head coaches, two high-flying explosive offenses, and two quarterbacks that were selected among the Top 6 picks during the stacked 2020 NFL Draft going at it on Sunday night, this one is shaping up to be one of the more exhilarating late night contests of the entire season.
