BetMGM Code HANDLETOP for Eagles-Texans

To qualify for this extra special welcome bonus, you’ll need to be over the age of 21 and presently located in one of the many BetMGM Sportsbook states at the time of wagering. Those states include AZ, CO, IA, IN, IL, KS, LA, MI, MS, NJ, NY, PA, TN, VA, WV, and WY.

If you meet the requirements listed above, you’ll want to click this link and begin the account creation process. Be sure to enter the BetMGM bonus code HANDLETOP when prompted.

Place your first bet with BetMGM

Once your account is up and running, you’ll want to deposit some funds to use on that initial risk-free bet. Upload at least $10 or more, and head over to the sportsbook menu once complete.

From here, place a wager on any sports market, event, or bet type offered at BetMGM. You can bet on Eagles vs Texans on Thursday Night Football, or opt to spend your cash on something different – the choice is yours. This promotion will work with any event on the site.

If the bet wins, congratulations! You’ll begin your time with BetMGM in the green and can do with your winnings as you please. But say things don’t work out – what happens next?

In the event of a losing risk-free wager, all eligible players will receive a refund in the form of free bet credits within 24 hours. Players can earn up to $1,000 in free bets, meaning any amount lost over $1K won’t be covered by the site.

BetMGM bonus redemption

If your initial wager was worth more than $50, you can expect to take home five separate free bets. Each of the five free bets will be equal to 20% of the stake you lost.

All BetMGM free bets will expire after a one-week window, so make use of them before it’s too late – no exceptions. If you happen to flip one of those free bets into a winner, keep in mind that you won’t be able to take home the value of the free bet itself – that will unfortunately disappear win or lose. On the bright side, any and all winnings from a free bet are yours to keep – withdraw them instantly if you wish!

Philadelphia Eagles -14 at BetMGM Sportsbook

It’s been nothing short of a dream season for the Philadelphia Eagles (7-0, 5-2 ATS) and HC Nick Sirianni, who will look to keep their undefeated season alive tonight against the scuffling Houston Texans. Philadelphia will hit the road for the first time in three weeks, when they narrowly escaped the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium, 20-17.

Despite being a perfect 7-0 on the year with very few warts on their resume, Philadelphia does happen to be just 1-2 ATS when playing away from Lincoln Financial Field this season. Philadelphia failed to cover the spread in road wins over Arizona and the Detroit Lions, while edging out former-Eagle Carson Wentz and his Commanders at FedEx Field, 24-8 for the team’s lone road cover this season.

After covering the spread at home in each of the last two weeks in fairly convincing fashion, Philadelphia is now listed as a hefty 14-point road favorite at BetMGM for tonight’s game. This would mark the largest road favorite in Thursday Night Football history. Furthermore, NFL road favorites of 13 or more points are a staggering 3-10 ATS dating back to the start of the 2020 regular season.

Houston Texans +14 with BetMGM

Things haven’t gone quite as swimmingly for the Houston Texans (1-5-1, 3-3-1) and HC Lovie Smith thus far, however the veteran head man does get his team to play hard week in and week out. Despite notching just one victory on the season, the Texans hold an all-around decent 3-3-1 record against the spread in 2022.

It has been a bit of a struggle at home as of late for Houston, as they were ran over by superstar RB Derrick Henry in last week’s 17-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans. Henry posted 219 rushing yards alone, making up the bulk of his team’s 314 total yards on the ground. Following that performance, Houston now ranks in the bottom-5 in the NFL in terms of rushing yards allowed, yards allowed per carry, and rushing touchdowns allowed. They will have an incredibly tall task in front of them facing an Eagles unit that currently ranks 9th in rushing yards and is the NFL’s second-best team at punching it in on the goal line with 14 rushing touchdowns to date.

Houston will also be without WR Nico Collins, who was ruled out prior to tonight’s game with a groin injury. Collins will be joined on the sidelines by Houston’s leading WR Brandin Cooks, who will also miss tonight’s game due to personal reasons. As a result, wideouts Philip Dorsett, Chris Moore, and Tyron Johnson will be tasked with holding down the passing game for QB Davis Mills. It appears to be a total mismatch on all fronts but with a spread this big, expect Houston to hover around the number all night long and escape with a narrow cover.
